Institute of Space Technology Has Announced Admissions for session 2018. It is offering Undergraduate, graduate and PhD programs. Last date for submitting admission application is 30-June-2018.

General Eligibility Requirements for HSSC / A Level / Equivalent:

A candidate seeking admission to a baccalaureate degree program at IST must meet the following criteria:
Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
For Engineering Programs

SSC/ Equivalent certificate (Science) with 60% marks
FSc Pre-Engineering with minimum 60% overall marks (Part-1 and Part-2 combined); however, a student must also have 60% marks each in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry for admission
A-Level / Cambridge students should have IBCC certificate equivalent to FSc Pre-Engineering with overall 60% marks and must have at least C Grade each in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry for admission
50% marks in NAT-1E/ HAT-UG-E or SAT-II (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics level–II) with at-least 50% marks in each subject

For Space Science Program:

SSC/ Equivalent certificate (Science) with 60% marks
FSc Pre-Engineering/ ICS/ equivalent certificate with minimum 60% overall marks
A-Level / Cambridge students should have IBCC certificate equivalent to FSc Pre-Engineering with overall 60% marks
50% marks in NAT-1E/ NAT-ICS/ HAT-UG-E/ HAT-UG-CS or SAT-II (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics level–II) with at-least 50% marks in each subject

Pre-medical Students:
Pre-medical students with additional math are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs at IST.

International Students:
International applicants are also required to fulfill other requirements laid down by Higher Education Commission (HEC) for the admission of international students in Pakistani Higher Education Institutions/ Universities. The details can be accessed by using below link:

General Eligibility Requirements for Diploma Holders

Two (02) percent of the total numbers of seats in engineering programs are reserved for diploma holders.

A candidate seeking admission against reserved seats for the holders of Diploma of Associate Engineer, the candidate should have passed diploma examination from a Board of Technical Education in the relevant technology.

Candidates applying against the reserved seats for Diploma of Associate Engineer shall not be eligible unless their DAE discipline is in relevant technology as specified against each degree course given below:
