2. NADRA ID Card/Passport
3. Matric Certificate Result Card
4. HSSC Certificate Result Card
5. Colored Photographs

Students below the age of 18 can apply on NADRA Smart Card. Candidate must present the cleared photographs as mentioned in the advertisement.
